Our Vision

What we are working towards

In building and project delivery, trust forms around actions and events that both sides agree on.
Work completed. Delivery confirmed. Payment made.

BE21 is developing a project that applies this real-world principle to digital systems, with a focus on reducing friction, limiting data exposure, and avoiding unnecessary third parties.

Why this matters

As more work and interactions move online, trust has become harder to maintain.

  • AI-generated fakes, impersonation, and scams are increasing
  • Routine actions require repeated logins, checks, and paperwork
  • Identity data is overshared, increasing exposure and risk
  • Clear agreement is replaced by screenshots or platform records

More systems haven’t created more trust, they’ve added friction, surveillance, and complexity.

Our perspective

Rather than judging content after the fact, this work starts with real actions and agreed events.

Those events don’t need to be public.
Most real-world agreements are privately shared by the people involved.

When both sides recognise an outcome, work moves forward.
When they don’t, friction, disputes, and outside systems step in.

The goal is not another platform, but a way for digital records of real events to feel natural, private by default, and durable over time.

This project is in active development.
Details will be shared progressively as the work matures.
